Niccolò Bienati is the Investment Manager for BizPlace. His main activities include the definition of the fundraising strategy, the identification of potential investors and the management of the entire deal flow process for the portfolio companies, from preliminary due diligence to closing.
Niccolò holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Management of Innovation and Technology from Bocconi University (Milan), where he also obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management.
Before joining the BizPlace team, Niccolò worked in E&Y and KPMG, gaining significant experience in Italian and international companies. Among his most significant responsibilities, Niccolò acted as advisor in M&A transactions, following due diligence and post deal integration processes.
