M&A ANALYST

Federico Notarnicola is the Financial Analyst for BizPlace. He is in charge of analysing and supporting startups financially, as well as structuring all the necessary documentation for the fundraising process, including the identification of financial needs, the construction of the business plan and investor deck, and the evaluation of the startup.

Federico holds a Master’s degree in Management from IE Business School (Madrid), specialising in Digital Business. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business from LUISS Guido Carli (Rome). He has been part of the BizPlace team since 2019. Among his previous work experience, Federico worked for Nomura (Milan) as an investment banking intern, STMicroelectronics (Singapore and Geneva) as a Corporate Finance and M&A intern, and finally for Fincantieri (Trieste) for the digitalization with RPA and BI software of the Finance area.
